Management:
An agreement will be signed between the owners or operating company of the location concerned and Spring Group. The management fee will depend on various factors, such as the size of the operation and the duration of the agreement. Spring Group will guarantee continuous professional management (planning, organizing, control and follow-up) of all elements that comprise a successful centre (e.g. staff recruitment, training and supervision, financial management and administration, sales and promotion programme, but also hygiene and cleanliness!)

Rent:
Spring Group may also be interested in renting a location that has been prepared as a beauty, spa or wellness centre. The monthly rent will depend on the size of the location, the type of hotel and its clientele, as well as its occupancy rate. Again you can sit back and relax while Spring Group will ensure a proper service and satisfied clients.

Joint venture
In some occasions both Spring Group and the hotel or resort may prefer a partnership for the operation of the centre. The agreement will then include a percentage of the income or profit to be paid to the hotel/resort.

Spring Group consultants
For short term specific assignments Spring Group’s professionals can be contracted on a consultancy basis, to undertake:

  1. Feasibility studies
  2. Design or refurbishing of your centre
  3. Interim management
  4. Development of an effective sales & promotion programme
  5. Quality control
