Founder and Managing Director Khaled Gomaa has a long standing experience in tourism services, both in Sinai and abroad. As a graduate in Business Administration he is specialized in management, quality control and marketing of spas, health clubs and beauty centers. He was involved in the creation of various high quality spas and Wellness Centers in Sharm El Sheikh (Thalasso Therapy /Sothys in the Sheraton, the Zen Zone in Hilton Waterfalls and Viva Spring in Falcon Inn).

Co-founder Arine Valstar is an international nutrition consultant. She was trained in The Netherlands and was a dietician in the Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam. She worked for five years with the United Nations all over the world. For Spring Group she is using her wide international experience to evaluate and improve diets, to provide advice on anti-cellulite-, weight reduction- and rejuvenating diets.  

Marleen Valstar is a designer who has ample experience in creating new, and refurbishing existing interiors in The Netherlands. Her designs vary from furniture, complete houses, offices, to health clubs and spas. The complete interior of Viva Spring in Falcon Inn Hotel, was her first assignment in Egypt.
